All rights to the final content developed by our team will be transferred to the client, as per the agreed terms. You are free to use the content as you see fit once the project is complete.

Payment

We require full payment upfront for all services. This amount includes applicable taxes, which are the client’s responsibility.

Revisions

We offer revisions within 7 days after final delivery. In specific cases, this window may be extended to 14 days.

Revision timelines are as follows:

• For urgent 24-hour projects, revision turnaround time is 24 hours.
• For 24–48 hour projects, revision turnaround is 48 hours.
• For projects over 48 hours, revision turnaround is 72 hours.

Project Requirements

All project requirements are discussed with the client before work begins. Any changes or limitations to services will be communicated based on the agreed terms at the project’s start.

Refund Policy

Clients may request a 100% refund before manuscript submission. After manuscript submission, a processing fee of $150 or 10% of the purchase price (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund.

No refunds are available after 90 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refunds are not issued for a change of mind once an order is confirmed. The refund eligibility is based on the project stage, as outlined below:

• Before manuscript submission: 100% refund.
• After manuscript submission but before design work: Refund minus $150 or 10%, whichever is lower.
• After design work begins but before final approval: 50% refund.
• After final approval: No refund.
